Phone messages are handled as follows:

• Prescription refills: Please have your medication information and pharmacy phone number available when you call in. Allow 24 hours for the refill process.
• Urgent messages will be expedited. Please let the receptionist know if the message is urgent. Women in labor, excessive bleeding and pain need priority.
• Non urgent calls and questions, will receive a return call within 24 hours.
• Please leave a phone number / numbers where you can be reached.
• Test results will be reviewed by your provider and you will be notified of results in a timely manner.
